As an Enrolled Agent with RCHA, Victor represents clients in responding to federal and state taxing authorities. He also prepares tax returns and conducts research on tax rulings, precedents and various related issues. Over ten years of experience make him an asset to our firm specializing in the needs of individual taxpayers.Vic earned a Bachelors Degree in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Robert Morris College.
