Renee L. Versaw, CPA - Senior Tax Manager
Renee is a Senior Tax Manager with RCHA. Her responsibilities include managing staff and supervision of client tax engagements. Renee has a wide variety of expertise in the field of tax and is especially adept in the areas of real estate, partnerships, revenue procedure 92-29, historic tax credits, low income housing credits, and 1031 exchanges. She serves as product champion in supporting the Tax Department’s with tax research and income tax planning software.Renee graduated Cum Laude from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. She previously worked for a regional CPA firm and a real estate investment firm. Renee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a real estate license.
Renee’s community service includes work with Junior Achievement and her local church music ministry.
