Erika Tihey Knowles, CPA - Audit Manager
Erika adds a diverse skill-set to the management team of RCHA. Erika provides a fresh perspective to her approach to client service which comes from her years of experience in operations as a Financial Manager, Tax Accountant, and Audit Manager. The depth of her operational, consulting and compliance experience has been leveraged to provide expert advice and comprehensive client service to multi-faceted regional and national companies as well as small local businesses. Her international experience is distinctive in that she routinely travels abroad.Erika provides consulting and compliance services to clients with operations in natural resources, banking, legal and manufacturing as well as not-for-profits and governmental entities. Erika is proficient in conducting financial statement audits under United States GAAS and single audits under OMB Circular A-133. She has been sought out by her clients to assist with agreed-upon procedures, operational analysis, due diligence, financial and economic compliance and other special projects.
Erika earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Thiel College. She is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Government Finance Officers Association - Pennsylvania Chapter, Greater Pittsburgh Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta - currently serving as Vice-President and Panhellenic Delegate, and the Pittsburgh Alumnae Panhellenic Association.
