George Yesenosky, CPA - Senior Tax Manager
George joined our firm in June 2005 and brings with him 25 years of experience in Tax. As Senior Manager with the firm, George works with our largest tax engagements. He is highly proficient with multiple entity partnership structures, the cascading impacts of partnership taxation, inside/outside basis, basis set-ups, 754 elections, and 751(b) hot asset rules.
George’s experience includes over six years of experience as a U.S. Tax Manager of a foreign owned U.S. Consolidated Group and one year of experience as a Tax Manager of a large domestic group. Over the course of his career, he has fulfilled the roles of Senior Manager, Tax Manager, and Senior Accountant. Additionally, seventeen years of diversified public accounting experience with a strong emphasis in the tax area makes George an outstanding resource to colleagues and clients alike. He understands the profession from the ground up and isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves to accomplish any task at hand.
George earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Real Estate from Clarion University.
